Problem Statement
The process of purchasing insurance often feels overwhelming due to complex calculations, scattered information, and a lack of engaging user experiences. Users struggle to explore options, calculate coverage, and make confident purchase decisions. Additionally, limited access to clear and organized FAQs and support during and after the purchase process caused frustration, eroding user confidence and satisfaction. There was a need for a seamless, intuitive experience that simplified exploration, empowered users, and provided timely support to reduce friction throughout the journey.
