Making Organizational Learning Fun!
In this case study, I will share my journey of designing a dashboard to manage trainings and resources within an organization aiming to up skill their employees.
In this 4-week long project, my role spanned from UX research to creating detailed UX journeys for managing the learning frameworks with a sharp focus on keeping the learning playful & motivational.
At the same time, detailed and focused dashboards gave teams' real time learning status to the leaders allowing them to take appropriate actions ranging from rewards, timely nudges to warnings.
